The comment is noted.
The object is to enable proceedings for contempt of Court to
be taken as this is often the most effective way of enforcing an
order of the nature contemplated.
The presumption is correct. It should also be noted that
the question whether any of the provisions of the Ordinance are,
owing to special conditions, undesirable (sec. 35(1)) could
scarcely be left to a magistrate.
